More Moran

New Music Alert: The remixer du jour of the moment certainly appears to be Tony Moran. In the past year, he's churned out some mixes that are simply fiyah. His streak shows no signs of abating, as Energy snaps up two more of his mixes and puts them into regular rotation this week. Unfortunately, even the best of mixes can't make the latest from Janet Jackson and Nelly, "Call on Me," worthy of airplay. This one is a stinker through and through. Moran fares much better with a high-energy mix of the warbling offered up by daughter of wrestler Hulk, Brooke Hogan. Her "About Us" may not have the longevity to become a classic, but its initial appeal makes it stand out on the radio and a decent add for the station.
